For me the most important synthesizers are the Mini Moog, the Roland TB-303 Bassline and the SH-101 and I'll tell why:
This analog synthesyzer has changed all the electronic music because it was built with a lot of upgrades, invented by Robert Moog it has a lot of possibilities (almost all) it uses sawtooth, triangle, square and sine waves and obviously it has too 3 oscillators, all of that mixed to make a lot of capable waves and sounds.
Roland TB-303 Bassline:
Used in the Acid House especificly, this machine makes "acid sounds" those are sometimes acute, noising, and harsh; those sounds made by turning the "Tunning", "Cut Off Frequency", "Resonance", "Envelope Modulation", "Decay" and "Accent" buttons to the right side. I like it because it sounds psicodelic and it is a rare and scarce synth.
Roland SH-101:
This is a monophonic analog synthesizer, it features one oscillator with 3 simultaneous waveforms, it was used for pop music and electronic music, and I like it because it has an arpeggiator too.
Post and comment whatever you like.
